5 weeks pregnant getting married next week

Hi ladies so on my last post I was worried I didn't have any symptoms went to the hospital they comfirmed everything was fine this week is just been the worse I have excessive saliva I can't keep anything down vomiting and really bad headaches I'm getting married next week I feel to just cancel everything everyone around me is excited and so is fiance but I'm not even excited anymore just sad and stressed out ibhave a 11month old last year my hcg went so high I was always hospitallise I was giving some medication that calmed everything I don't know if they will be willing to give me it again I'm freaking out and just full of pain body is feeling weak I don't know what to do 😢😢
