Provera & Femara

Back story... I don’t have regular cycles. Last month my doctor put me on provera to bring on my cycle it came and I was to take femara 2.5mg CD 3-7 no success so this month she put me back on provera and femara went up to 5mg my question is for anybody that didn’t have success the 1st did you have to wait for your cycle to start the meds again or can I just take the meds because I honestly don’t wanna have to take the provera for 10days then my cycle comes then I take the femara
