TTC with PCOS

Hi everyone!

New to the group. Was diagnosed with PCOS in March, TTC, on second round of Provara & Letrozole (5mg)

Cycle 10-15-19 thru 10-21-19

Started OKP today and this is the first one. No surge in window but once I pulled the test out, I saw a faint line on the strip itself. This is my first time using OKP and wanted to get your opinion? Does this mean I’m close to LH surge? I’m just praying for the best because I know the next step is possibly IUI. Baby dust, please 🥺
