Reddish discharge and slight discomfort

So I am 7w3d today and I had some discharge, which I've had twice before, but this time it was tinted more of a red brown, rather than just brown and now I have some discomfort like what you would experience a few days before your period. No sharpe cramps or super red blood. Did have some small bits of tissue in the toilet as well (tmi...sorry). I have an email into my OB, but wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this? This is my first ever pregnancy and I'm kind of freaking out.
