My friend just ignores me

One of my closest friends has really been getting on my nerves

If I want to show my friend something while she’s doing homework or on her phone, I either get ignored or she looks and has no reaction

But if I’m doing homework she tells me about everything that is on her mind and I still keep a conversation

Is this just something she does without noticing, or is she just rude?
