Serious question

I love my boyfriend very much. He is my best friend and I couldn’t imagine my life without him. We’re 22, as are his friends. My only concern with him is how when it’s just the 2 of us he’s wonderful. We have serious talks of the future here and there and we were talking about settling down within the next 2 years... but his friends seem to peer pressure him into thinking marriage and kids = your life is over. His friends are party animals who go out get drunk hook up with random girls ... he used to be like that but I helped him out of that lifestyle. His friends are the type of guys I can’t stand lol. I view marriage and kids as being a great experience with the person you love. So it hurts me to know his friends got him thinking it means your life is over. :(

For those who are married and have kids, how did it change your life? Pros and cons...

And how do I deal with his childish friends always telling him how lame relationships and settling down are? It’s frustrating. Any help or advice is appreciated, thanks.
