Mass on ovary and possibly pregnant

I went to the ER yesterday for a lot of lower abdominal/pelvic pain. After ultrasound and lab work I found out that I have a 9cm mass on my ovary. They are unsure if it’s endometriosis or a tumor. My blood work also came back as being potentially pregnant depending on what this mass is as the mass could be making my body produce the HcG hormone. I go back to the OB later this week.

Update: I have to have surgery to remove the mass and will most likely lose my one ovary.
