I’m a cofounder of an app with my Ex and another member on the team. We work remotely so i don’t see him, although talking to him everyday is fucking with my mind.. He’s suggesting working from an office soon, I don’t know if i’m ready to see him😧

I put doesn’t matter because your a co founder of a business. If it was just some job or I could find something similar no way. But if I helped create something I’d be cordial and strictly business.

You just have to switch off the thoughts that bring up all the wrong emotions. Recognize triggers and have a strategy to cope with them, excuse yourself from a meeting and take a quick walk, do deep breathing exercises, write in journal to get those feelings out, whatever works for you. Also continue to work remotely as much as possible.

I've never really had many breakups that weren't pretty amicable.  One of the things I look for in a partner is how I think they will handle themselves in a stressful breakup situation.  You can usually tell if someone is the type to not be an adult about a breakup pretty easily if you just spend 10 minutes thinking about it... So, I don't get past a few dates with people if I get the impression they aren't adult enough to have an adult breakup. 
As such, I really don't have any exes I have problems with.  We were mature and adults during the breakup,  no reason we wouldn't be able to continue to do so if we own a company together. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I think it depends on why you broke up. If you guys just grew apart I guess is ok, if abuse or similar is involved maybe less.
