Had a one night stand

So I finally had sex after years of being celibate. I bled a bit afterwards for almost 2 days. If I cross my legs or squeeze my vagina a certain way it feels sore. Is that normal? I also didn't use protection but I took a plan B and am scheduling a check up this week. For the past 2 days I've been getting really wet and cloudy discharge and have the urge to move around down there. Is it possible that I have a yeast infection? Someone please answer my questions 😭😭
