Worried but trying to stay calm
Last night (6w) I decided to workout a little bit it’s my husband. I barely did 15 squats and 15 lunges and I got a wave of dizzy/nausea and light cramping! Immediately called the doctors! I was scared! They said the usual, to rest and take it easy and if it gets worse or I bleed to go to ER.
This morning I’m still lightly cramping off/on but I’m doing my best to keep good thoughts! No blood at all I’ve been checking like every 5 minutes! Hope it was just a coincidence
