Does anybody have family members that force affection?

My son is 2 and my boyfriends dad is so pushy when it comes to hugging and kissing. For example, he'll be like "can I have a kiss" and my son will walk away (which means no) and he'll keep asking and asking him, it's so annoying. Then when hes in his high chair he'll go and kiss him because he knows hes strapped in there. I literally tell him every single day he doesnt like physical affection but he's like "well were gonna change that". We also live in the same house so I dont wanna seem too rude.

Does anybody else have family members like this?
