Hospital Bed Rest Buddies ?

Hi ! I'm due Jan. 19, 2016..I have had 2 mc but this pregnancy was going great. I am 26.3 with a baby girl and considered high risk with my heart condition. I was coming in for a regular ultrasound and glucose texting but to my surprise we found out the placenta is not providing enough blood to baby girl which is causing her be underweight. As a result I am put on steroids injections and hospital bed rest until her birth. Doctor's advised we prepare for a very early birth.  I am very nervous, overwhelmed, but I know for the sake of my baby girl I cannot stress. What are your stories, how did you feel, and if you've had your little one how did he/she turn out?

Update: We find out that the placenta was not functioning properly at all and I had an emergency csection at 26w 6d. It was terrifying but she is now 2 weeks old and doing great.

I'm due Jan 4th! After being in the hospital for 6 days for preterm labor I am being released for at home bed rest. And being sent home on procardia every 6 hours. I had my two steroid injections the first two days I was here. ❤️ here with you

I have early onset preeclampsia so I'm on bed rest and due March 12th but my doctor assumes it'll be February I have him.. 
I'm right there with us in bed I am not allowed to drive also I pass out and I have elevated or high BP 170/90 or higher at times..
Baby is fine it's me they worry about..
It gets boring and annoying and I wanna scream but... I'm doing it to keep me and baby safe till he shows!

I had preterm labor and now I'm being kept at the hospital until I have this little girl. I'm due January 25th. The most difficult part now is not being around my husband and 2 yr old son. At least I'm not in labor any more but the hospital is hrs away from our home. I have found spending time reading and studying books helps me a lot! Good luck to you and others with these struggles!

I was just given similair news. I'm pregnant with twins, and one baby is significantly smaller than the other baby and only measuring in the 6th percentile. All they said was this COULD mean the placenta isn't providing well enough, but gave me all the information on possibly having to have them extremely early and do steroid shots, non stress tests and heart rate monitoring. I'm having an all time high of anxiety right now! I wish I knew more to help you, but I'm going through something similair ❤️

I've had two early births at 36 weeks, both on bed rest, its hard but you get used to it. One thing I can say they have come a long way with the way they take care of premmies. Have they given you the shot to mature your babies lungs faster yet? I know with this baby i'll be going at 36 weeks as well my only fear is putting trust into this military hospital and making sure baby cooperates for a VBAC. Hopefully you can get as close as possible to 36 weeks to be mre safer.. Try finding hobbies to help by pass the time, coloring helped me:/ Good luck hun.
