Rib pain?

Question

I usually have rib pain if I sleep on my right side my left rib starts to hurt😖 but today was worse, I slept on my right side flipped over and both of my ribs hurtttt and still do hrs later 😢 especially my left side when I breath , what helped you guys?

My ribs hurt all over- front, sides and back. Nothing really helps me, just moving into different positions and not staying one way for too long. I notice if I eat huge meals it gets worse, so I try to eat small meals often instead of just 3 big meals .

Once I got about 37 weeks I think my baby dropped because my ribs stopped hurting. Before that...literally nothing helped. Even if I took a Tylenol before bed it didn't touch my rib pain. 😩

Honestly nothing really 😭 I just ice it and try to position my maternity pillow under me a little to take pressure off my ribs! My dr said warm baths can help, too!
