Babysitting 3month old

I’ve been watching my close friends 3 month old son (who has colic ) along with my 2 year old son and it’s been rough!! I watch my friends son 4 days out of the week 8 hours a day for $150 every two weeks. My son is energetic and wants to play outside and just have fun but I can’t help but feel like I’m pushing him to the side while I watch my friends baby who demands all my attention now days.

My friend tells me she holds him non stop all day even while he sleeps. I can’t put him down for more than 5 mins. When I do he just constantly cries till he’s red and I feel bad but I have to tend to my son and change him, make him food through out the day, and give him some loving too so sometimes I have to let my friends baby cry for a bit. I can’t even play with my own son anymore or let him play outside at all until the baby get picked up.

I’m a SAHM so of course the extra money helps but I feel like it’s not worth it at this point. I want to help out as much as I can without charging her an arm and a leg. I want to ask for $100 per week cause honestly I feel like I got the short end of the stick.
