Sexual abuse advice needed

Okay so I need some advice and this is weird for me to post about this but i need strangers insight..

so a couple years ago I was sexually abused by somebody who was very popular with all my friends. I didn’t do anything about it because I was in shock and have only come to terms with it this year.. however I’ve applied and got an interview for a job that I’m really looking forward too and it turns out he’s workin there and it’s made it all come back and I’m in quite a bad place because of it. I need advice on what to do, because I’ve left it so long and have no proof of what happened or anything I can’t go to the police about it all but I know I need to do something for my own personal healing and justice I guess..
