Confused about where I am?

Hi ladies,

I wrote about a month back on how I’m confused about me and this guy I’m talking to because we went out on a date once and I haven’t seen him since but we talk everyday. We don’t talk much and he always lags when we text, and every time I tell him let’s hangout hes busy. Or if I want to call him he says that he can’t rn. I am kind of confused on what to do because I like him and he says he likes me, it’s just that he’s busy a lot of the time cause of work? Any advice thank you :)
