Please help me

So last night I was on the phone with my boyfriend , we’ve been in a long distance relationship for quite a while , and when we were on the phone , we were having phone sex. I love it when my boyfriend tells me what to do so I do what he says, he told me to use 2 fingers , I’ve never done that before , so when I did it , it hurted but felt good. I was also supposed to get my period but I’m one day late , and im starting to overthink lol , but could that be the reason why I’m late ? My previous period , I got it early but when I was supposed to get it , I didn’t start. Is that the reason why I’m late ? Or am I just starting to be irregular ?
