Mid cycle spotting?

I had sex a few days ago, I’m on birth control but have forgotten a few pills this pack. Has this happened to anyone before? I just had my son almost 7 months ago. Sorry if this is in the wrong group... I don’t know where to really post this.

can taking a few pills late make spotting happen too cause i’m going through the same problem as the one above and haven’t missed a pill yet just taken a few late and i’m kinda freaking out abt it😬

Missing pills can cause throw things off & cause breakthrough bleeding/spotting, as well as increase risk of pregnancy. If u happen to be on a mini/progestin only pill, then not only is irregular bleeding/spotting especially common, but ur at an even higher risk of pregnancy, as mini pills are much more sensitive than traditional combination pills.
