17 and pregnant

At 6 weeks of my first pregnancy I miscarried.. so I am 17 years old and me and my boyfriend have never been more happy. I was so ready for this baby.. so ready to be a mom.. then I started bleeding. I went to the emergency room.. they ran tests and at first gave me hope saying there’s a chance it could be alive and but that there is a good chance that I was miscarrying... just before leaving I passed a giant blood clot (fetal tissue) and all hope was lost... just the day before I had a ultra sound and a normal appointment and everything was fine.. was told my due date was somewhere around may... I lost the baby.. I did everything right.. I took my prenatals and I cut back on smoking as best I could... I am so heartbroken and I have no idea how to get over it.🥺💔🤧
