9 weeks 5 days , spotting ??

Hi ladies ! I’m 9 weeks 5 days today and everything has been going smooth but this morning I went to the bathroom I went to wipe and there was brown .. no red at all and now every time I wipe there is this (the pictures) now when I pee morning red comes out but when I wipe it’s like the picture . I’m trying not to stress or worry but we had a miscarriage back in February and I would be devastated if I went through this again 😣 anyone have suggestions??
