400$ blood tests?

Does this sound right to anyone??? Im wondering if im being crazy. Im 11w today and my doctor ordered some bloodwork and i figureded it was all covered as Ive been tested for things before and its mostly covered. Well, i get a bill for almost 400$ and I literally have no idea what the blood work was for... Im wondering if its a mix up since my doctor talked about bloodwork testing for baby for gender/ disabilities. Does 400 sound right?! I have amazing insurance with a 250 deductible so im totally thrown off.

Edit: I did not accept this testing and I was adamant about how much my insurance covers- so why a surprise bill?!
