I need help!

Flow first day then very light next 3 days not even filling up a tampoon. Then in September I  I had a regular flow for first day but it was always couple days late.this month my flow was suppose to come yesterday but it's not here and I don't even have any cramps. I do have a werid feeling in stomach. I can't lay on it cause it'll hurt and once it has a spasm in lower left stomach now it's just feel like little pressure constantly on lower abdomen. All tests have been negative even blood . I took one last week it was negative . idk what this could possibly be and I have no health insurance .
