A miscarriage?

Hopefully this will help me.

So for the past 2 weeks and a half I have been experiencing unusual pain. Starting the first week my stomach was sore for 5 days straight and it was hard for me to sit down or get in the car. Like I couldn't sit up straight at all. I couldn't bend or do much my stomach hurt that much. Then I had brown discharge it was kind of slimy and then it went away and then I had a little bleeding but that went away. So the days following up to the day my stomach has felt weird and all I feel is pressure and soreness on my pelvic and been having light bleeding and brown discharge on different days and they're both like slimy. I don't know what's going on. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I never had anything like this with my first pregnancy. I think I'm having a miscarriage.
