Low hcg and worried..can anyone share their experiences as dr google is stressing me out!

Hey all,

I have had 2 healthy babies, no issues with fertility or anything out of the ordinary with either..

Got my bfp for baby3 on Monday, CD27. Last 5 cycles have been 25 , 25, 25, 25 and 27 days in length..

I don’t know when ovulation was but we bd every 2 days in the FW and up to CD 19 and I am guessing I ovulated late as all opk was negative up until I ran out on CD13.

First blood test came back hcg level 23, re tested again 3 days later and it’s at 86.. dr says I must be 2 weeks pregnant not 4 weeks for those levels but I know my AF came 4weeks 3 days ago..

Can anyone share their experience with this?? I’m freaking out!!

Editing that levels have risen to 420 in the test taken 48 hours after the 86.. another one today but the dr is confident in the numbers increasing and that I’m 3-4 weeks along
