11 wks & 2 days when taken. Should I be nervous?

My baby doesn't really look like a baby compared to other ultrasounds. Should I be nervous? My doctor says everything looks fine and there's a heartbeat but even on the quick ultrasound I couldn't really tell.

Was it a stomach ultrasound? I think if your bladder isn’t full and you have more body fat (not sating you do!!!) then it can make it harder to see. Also if it was fast and baby was laying a certain way it can make it look like a blob. Don’t worry. As long as the heart is beating nice and fast things are good.
