Wine to conceive

I stumbled upon these today and am wondering if there's any truth in them?

I read the article and am a bit conflicted to be honest, because they don't actually really say how the wine could improve fertility. Some key notes from the study:

Do you think there's any truth in this? I don't drink, least of all wine, but I mean if there's a chance I don't mind buying a bottle and having a bit once or twice a week.
