HELP ASAP Confused/worried !!!!🍒🤷🏻‍♀️

Okay so I’m off my period already had it maybe like a week or so ago, well today when I was using the bathroom I noticed that there was blood in my discharge (like fresh blood not a lot but for sure blood) and I’m worried because I’m not even close to my period but had it long enough ago where it would make no sense for me to bleed, I noticed it the other day my discharge was white (normal color and texture for me to be ovulating, but I noticed so brown blood in it and tonight there was some bright red blood in it, so yeah I’m freaking out don’t have money to go to the dr, dose anyone know what this could be from or if it’s normal???
