Clean up routine for after food?

Question

Mines is quite problematic and I’m looking for changes. Routine is below and my problems are in brackets 😂
Bib off and on to highchair (baby tries to grab bib and make more mess)
Baby on changing mat (changing mat gets messy from his hands)
Clean baby hands and face with wipes (HATES having his face cleaned)
Wipe down highchair with wipes (using more wipes yet again)
Clean highchair with antibacterial spray (the only bit of routine I don’t mind!)

We take the tray off, take bib off, carry baby to sink and wash hands then with a paper towel wipe his face. He loves it as long as i let him suck the water out of the paper towel for a few seconds. Then wash tray on sink and wipe down seat if needed

Take tray off, use one wet wipe to wipe off the worst from hands and face. Then clean up using flannel and warm water and get changed. Baby goes in activity centre/ bumbo etc whilst I wipe the worst off the high chair with kitchen roll then use a dish cloth to proper wash it and then anti bac 😊

We make it a bit of fun and have a bowl of water with some baby body wash and just do splashing till she’s clean 😂 then I whip the bib off and wipe her face. It creates a lot of spillage but I prefer that than the scream of the baby wipe to the face 😂 and now if I have to baby wipe her face she really doesn’t mind , I guess as it’s not all the time?
