Do y’all think I could be pregnant

So here is the scenario. My boyfriend and I have sex a couple times a week. I’m on the pill and am rarely ever late taking it. My boyfriend wears condoms and I don’t think one has ever broken and he pulls out before finishing. For a few days I was on some antibiotics for a uti so we were t having sex but there was one day we’re we messed around. I don’t think his penis was anywhere near my vagina but we were definitely all over each other.

The last few days my lower back has been really sore and I had some weird feeling cramps in my lower stomach. I don’t have any explanation for either
