Bleeding during pregnancy

Has anyone experienced bleeding durinf pregnancy? I started bleeding 2 days ago. I went to see my doctor and she said everything is ok...but im still bleeding. Its gotten heavier since...still not a heavy flow though and ive had no cramping...should i be concerned?

UPDATE, still bleeding now accompanied by cramping and i have some clotting with the blood as well. i feel like if i call the hospital again I'm being a pain...this is all just so new to me and scary. I dont want to lose my baby...should i just go to the emergency room?
