Drink morning pill and Late by 3 days

Ok so last month I had unprotected sex after I had my period, so for backup I drink morning pill, and a week after that I got my period again, that means I got period twice in one month. And this month I late by 3 days, is it possible to not have period this month?? How can I make my cycle regular again? And if I need to go to doctor to buy birth control, what kind of doctor should I visit?
