Can this be gas pain

Out of nowhere I got pain on the top of my stomach to my chest area and back ! Soo much pain for about a hour . I don’t hold my farts in but I don’t poop everyday like normal people. I’ve been like that my whole life but these pains just started a few weeks ago . Then it just went away while On my way! To the hospital . I’m currently in the waiting room now waiting to get seen
