Freaking out

So I’ve been experiencing weird things going on with my vagina after using vagisil a couple days ago (I’m not sexually active at all). So I’m going to get in the shower & I checked down there just to see if there was anything I noticed was different & needless to say i see this small white pimple like stuff on my clitoris & I’m just like wtf is going on if you have any idea please help
