Small amount of blood after sex?

So my boyfriend and I had just gotten done with sex, so I do the usual and go to the bathroom after we’re done, and when I wiped, there was a small little speck of blood, i don’t know what it was from, he didn’t finger me or anything, but I am a wee bit confused as to what it could be from. I wasn’t in pain or anything during the whole thing. Just need a couple ideas on what it could’ve been from.
