Miscarriage

Last Monday I went to the gyn for an annual exam. They did a urine pregnancy, and a US transvaginal. I wasn’t pregnant. On Wednesday I took a test 1 day before my missed period, and it was positive. I did five more test, and they are all positive. I had bloodwork to confirm, and I was 4 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I went to the hospital because I had spotting. No cramping no symptoms just spotting. They did a us and a urine pregnancy, and blood work, but it’s to soon to see anything on the us. My blood and urine came back positive for pregnancy, but my hcg level was a little lower than when I had it done at my pcp. The hospital told me that it is most likely a miscarriage, but it can be that the labs are different. They want me to have blood work at my pcp again to see if my number is lower or higher, and if it is higher I’m okay, but not to get my hopes up. I’m not bleeding how I would with my period and this is my first pregnancy and it doesn’t look like what a miscarriage would look like according to all the pictures I’ve seen and heard. I have no cramping just sore breast. I’m so confused and hurt. Has this ever happened to anyone??
