Do I consider this my period ??

I had only 1 day of bleeding then only this the following 4 days. No tampons or pad needed .

The bleeding started the day after I had 2 u/s done one being a vaginal one. My period was 10days late .

My life has been a total world wind the last 3months so maybe stress would cause this ? I had a chemical middle of sept and then a car accident exactly a month after so my stomach has been through ALOT . Waiting on my u/s results and my obgyn appt.

Should I tell the dr this was my period or tell them I didn't get one??

(I'm not pregnant I tested every day since I was late )
