3 day spotting no period

The pictures are graphic below (sorry) but I come to you guys for some advice.

Ok so according to me I'm 3 days late on my period. But this is what I've been having for 3 days straight. This would be period day 3. And beforehand it was very very very light pink discharge about like a week before this. My nipples are sore as hell. And I only get sore nipples 2 to 3 days prior my period! My nipples have been sore for a week. My blood pressure is high as hell. So I changed my diet and have been taking liprinosil. When I went to the dr my blood pressure was 164 over 110. My doctors were scared asf hell. But I felt fine 🤣. I had really random nausea like 6 days ago. Mind you I had sex all through my ovulation window. Now I dont think I'm pregnant but my bestfriend swears I need a pregnancy test. And btw I'm getting really weird cramps. In my vaginal area. It's not in my low abdomen like normal 🤔 last night they felt like mini contractions I swear like 2 mins apart 30 secs long. And I got happy like yes my period gone start!!!!! I woke up today and still this same spotting. Now I'm not convinced I need a pregnancy test because it looks like the beginning of my period!!!!!! This is why I dont want to waste money. Someone please help me and tell me I'm right? My period acting really stupid this month 🤦🏽‍♀️ also I've have really weird twinges in my upper abdomen and lower. Idk how to explain it. It's just like a twinge 🤷🏽‍♀️ also when I dont have a tampon in and I wipe I get light pink blood instead of dark. I think the tampon traps whatever is coming out and makes it darker 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 lord help me. Lol
