Anyone else had SVT before? I think I had an episode yesterday at 27 weeks. So scary

Hi hun. I know this post is not recent but I’ve been having them for 3 days now. 
Went into hospital for it 3 days ago. So scary! 
They taught me some exercises which seem to have helped. 
I’m 30 weeks and literally so scared to get my heart rate up Incase I have another one.
