Early signs of labor?

36+3 over here and I have had Braxton Hicks contractions for months, but they have picked up over the weekend and today. They’re uncomfortable but not necessarily painful. I have increased pressure and shooting pains every so often going down through my vagina. On top of that, I’ve had diarrhea all weekend and today for no apparent reason. 🤦‍♀️ I have myself wondering if it’s early labor signs or if I’m just reading into it too much. Anyone have symptoms like this before labor?
