Do you girls have very very bad period cramps that make you have to poop/ feel like death?
I’m the only one in my family that has cramps when they get their period and the first few days are seriously horrid. I cramp so bad that I have to get a heating pack AND 600mg ibuprofen for it to stop. Just wondering how many other ladies experience it as well. and yes I’m on birth control (nexplanon) and they’re still as bad as they always have been
