Secret conversation on messenger?

Can someone please explain what this is? Where it lists 2 iPhone xs Max, I click on them & 2 different key codes come out. 
Looking through my husbands phone, didn’t find anything except this & it seems a little sketchy to me. Please help!

I opened my secret conversations and there were four devices listed. I have never opened it before. I think it's just a list of your devices, nothing dodgy.

It’s listing the previous phones he’s had where he has used the same Apple ID. Like all the prior commenters have said he’s not cheating, everyone has this. If you look on your phone you will have some listed too.
