Painful bm’s anyone?

Idk what’s been going on, but last couple weeks I have these crampy, like period cramps bm’s. Sorry for the tmi, but as I’m passing it, it feels like a cramp. And no it’s not hemorrhoids cuz it’s not at the exit, that’s a different pain I felt it before. This one is inside, the kind that almost makes you sweat and gives you goosebumps. Bm’s have also been kinda soft, diarrhea like almost. So idk if this is constipation signs or what the issue is but boy it’s so unpleasant!

Anyone relate? I’m 27 weeks today
