Should I be concerned?

Today while driving to work, I was turning into the left lane to go left (with my signal on) when the car in front of me, who was going straight, decided at the last minute they wanted to go left. They diagonally cut me off to insert themselves in the left lane in front of me. I had to slam on the breaks extremely hard and fast in order to avoid us from colliding.

Anyway... my belt tightened around my belly area & I’m cramping a little not horribly, but should I call my Dr. or should I just wait it out to see if it gets any worse. I’m also only 15 + 3.
