It looks like it could be heat rash! My son gets it all the time and his looks just like that.

It looks like a heat rash or even bites? An antihistamine might help.

My daughter gets heat rash that looks like this or sometimes when her eczema flares up, it starts like that but the heat rash goes away on it’s own eventually. Definitely looks like heat rash though!
