Abnormal quad screen

I just got a phone call from my doctor that my quad screen came back abnormal, he said that means there is a high risk for Down syndrome and wants me to get further testing and do the harmony test.

Have any mamas had an abnormal result on quad testing and gotten a normal harmony?

Of course no matter what we love our baby girl and it doesn’t matter but we do want to prepare ourselves as I have heard from other parents with downs babies that depending on the severity it can be harder to care for them.
