Mine are the gummies so they’re delicious. Would eat them like all day if I could haha

I really do try and take mine every day, but it’s hard to remember. I say on average I miss 1-2 days a week and I really try not to.

When I was having really bad morning sickness (all day every day for 3 months) I didn’t take them sometimes because they just made me sick. I take them at times of day I feel good since there’s a higher chance of them staying down. If I’m having a horrible sick day I don’t waste my time (or the meds) by taking them 🤷🏼‍♀️

My drs are like really weird about me taking my prenatal. Every appointment they are asking if I’m taking them.
