Last appointment.

I have my last technically scheduled appointment on Thursday. I will be 39 + 3. I've not had a lot of progress up until this point - only one centimeter and "starting to thin out." However, i've been feeling a lot of discomfort in that region and a lot of lightning crotch so i'm hoping things are moving along. With that being said, especially if things are pretty stagnant still, do you think my doctor will start bringing up the idea of an induction? Will we just continue to have weekly appointments and cross that bridge when we come to it? I mean, it's fine either way, I don't particularly want an induction because I want him to be able to decide on his own when he comes, but I also am fine with it if it's necessaruly. Just not sure what to expect since it's supposed to be the ~final~ appointment.
