Cervical stitch

I've had a stitch put in at 16weeks I'm now 18weeks, I keep getting pinching feelings and some pressure. I keep tipping myself upside down hoping it will move baby away from that area. (I'm not sure if that's safe🤞). I've gone off food gone really moody my back hurts, are these all normal pregnancy signs at this stage or is my baby trying to go. I lost a baby at 20 weeks last year so I know a lot of my worry isn't helping. But when I lost baby I didnt get any sign she just came out. But I've been stitch this time so there is no escape. Lol

Well they did say when they put it in you can still have a late miscarriage. So do u think these are signs?

The food thing? Well I'm pregnant I should be wanting to fill my face but I would rather go without at the min.
