My doctors not worry..but I am

So I got my call today about my levels. My hcg is I believe she told me 236 and my progesterone is at 11.2 and I’m 4 weeks and 3 days. I miscarried 4 years ago because my progesterone dropped to 6. I don’t know what it was before it dropped. I got back tomorrow to see if my hcg levels doubled but the doctor isn’t worried about my progesterone level. So I guess that means she won’t be giving my anything for it. What do you lady’s think. Should I maybe take the progesterone cream I have just in case or not be worried about it, like she is? I am so afraid I’m going to lose this one too. Any advice would help
