Making time??
How do you make time to work out???
Hi, I’m a full time college student, going 5 days a week, as well as working 15hrs a week. How do you all make the time to work out and be healthy??? Where I live it’s now too cold (most days) to go out for a hike or run, so I’m stuck trying to do indoor stuff and go to my gym, but I feel like I never have time and/or am too exhausted!
I could use some tips or words of encouragement please! I was unable to go to the gym at all last week since I was on a college trip. I didn’t gain any weight, but I can tell I’m more bloated and I’m not as toned, just from skipping one week! Please help!!
